ABOUT OUR WORKING CATS PROGRAM
The New Favorite Day Working Cats Program is an offshoot of our Community Cats TNR program. Occasionally, the cats we trap and neuter are not able to return to the area where they were caught, usually for safety reasons.
Instead of returning them to unsafe surroundings, they are offered for adoption to farms, ranches, warehouses, rural homes, and areas in need of natural rodent control.
ADOPTION, CARE, & EXPECTATIONS
All Working Cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and have their ear notched
It is expected that the new home for these Working Cats will provide the following:

a shelter, such as a barn, garage, or outhouse.

daily food and water

on-going veterinary care

an escape-proof area to stay during the 4-6 week transition period (kennel,
tack room, laundry room, etc)
There is no fee for Working Cats, however we would appreciate a donation to contribute to the cat's vetting ($85)
